Even though the idea of the American Dream may seem
as though it has died, everyone still has a dream.Today
peoples dreams and fantasy's have changed drastically
from those of the past. Now guys want to be the next big
rock star from American Idol, while girls may want to be
Americas Next Top Model. Everyone has these gigantic
dreams that very few of us ever reach.
One common dream that most everyone shares now a days is money.
Everyone wants money, and everyone needs
money. If there was an award for what the
most popular American Dream out there, it
would have to be money. With money people
can buy the materialistic objects that
They have to Have.
There is also another side to the Cont-
emporary American Dream one that actually
is reachable. This dream would be, the
dream of self success. People feel good
when they reach success of what ever it
may be. Everyone lives for the purpose of
having something to live for.
